As more information becomes available regarding the SDG&E project, it will be shared with the Community.Avoid Water Damage

Given Alicante’s age, the “P-trap” that drains your kitchen sink may be leaking, or almost corroded through. A number of residents have recently replaced their “P-traps” for this reason. Check your “P-trap” for drips, cracked connections, or other signs of age. You may want to contact a plumber for assistance. Don’t wait until it’s too late!Banker Hill Community Police Officer

If you have concerns regarding neighborhood safety, you may want to contact Officer Marlo J. Woods (619-744-9514) who is responsible for our Bankers Hill neighborhood.

Get It Done San Diego

You may want to install the free Android or iOS app on your mobile device so that you can report neighborhood concerns like potholes, tree hazards, side walk repairs, etc. For more information, see this webpage: https://www.sandiego.gov/get-it-done

Council Member Chris Woods

Improved Cell Phone Reception

To improve cellphone reception inside Alicante you may want to enable your cell service’s Wi-Fi calling feature. When cellular connectivity is poor, this feature routes calls over Wi-Fi networks for which you have access (e.g.; Alicante first floor common areas, condos, etc.).
