Board Meeting
The next Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2024 in the Community Room and via Zoom with Open Session starting at 6:30pm. We hope to see you there!
Interim General Manager
Maggy Plascencia begins maternity leave starting on June1st. Interim General Manager, Hugo Munoz, will be onsite Tuesdays: 7:00am to 2:00pm and Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm. Feel free to contact him at hmunoz@actionlife.com or the Alicante phone number 619-293-3454.
BBQ Grilling Class
If you haven’t had a chance yet, be sure to sign up for the Social Committee’s BBQ Grilling Class hosted by Sam The Cooking Guy. Spaces for the class are limited.
Balcony Lockout
It has been brought to our attention that Residents have been getting locked out on their balconies due to the locking mechanism on their balcony/patio/deck doors. While vendors like Barrier Glazing are able to replace the locking mechanism, the Board of Directors and Owner Maintenance Committee are looking into alternative options. In the meantime, we do recommend that you do not close the door behind you when stepping out into the balcony/deck/patios to prevent being locked out.
Resident Conduct
Pursuant to Rules and Regulations, section Resident and Guest Conduct, page 13, #1: Loud or unruly conduct anywhere on the Alicante property, including your residence, which disturbs the comfort and quiet enjoyment of others, is prohibited. In addition, after 9:00 PM volume must be significantly reduced in order to not disturb other residents. For a full list of the Association’s rules regarding noise levels, please refer to the Association Rules and Regulations section Resident and Guest Conduct, page 13, #1-8.

We are excited to announce that Alicante Owners Association has an official YouTube Channel. Management will be posting videos from past and future events on the channel. Please note that videos will only be accessed via the links provided.
