Board Meeting
The next Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024 in the Community Room and via Zoom with Open Session starting at 6:30pm. We hope to see you there!
Annual Meeting Results
The Annual Board of Directors Meeting was held on April 25th. Incumbent Board Members, Laura Cunningham and David Parker were elected to continue serving on the Board. Congratulations Laura and David!
Interim General Manager
Please welcome Hugo Munoz to Alicante to serve as Interim General Manager while General Manager, Maggy Plascencia begins maternity leave starting on June 1st. Hugo has extensive experience in HOA Management and will begin onsite training with Maggy on Thursday, May 9th. If you are onsite at Alicante, feel free to stop by the office and say Hello!
Effective June 4th, Hugo’s onsite hours will be Tuesdays: 7:00am to 2:00pm and Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Pet Off-Leash Reminder
As a reminder, A leash held by an individual capable of controlling the pet(s) must be used when walking your pet(s) in the Common Areas including the lobby, hallways, garage and elevators.
Double Rainbow After April Showers
