Holiday & Mingle Event
The long-awaited Alicante Holiday Party is back this year! The Social Committee is hosting the Holiday Party on Sunday, December 3rd in the Alicante Community Room and Lobby. See enclosed flyer for details. Be sure to RSVP by November 30th.
2023-2024 Budget
The Board of Directors recently approved the new 2023-2024 Budget to start on December 1, 2023. The Budget Mailer was sent out via regular mail and/or email. It can also be found on the Resident Portal.
Access Control Upgrade Coming Soon
Management is expected to receive the new Fobs and RFID stickers next week and will begin programming fobs and RFID stickers. Each unit will receive two new fobs and one RFID per parking space. Additional Fobs and RFID stickers will be available for purchase for $10.00 each after all fobs and stickers have been distributed. Management will provide another update next week with tentative programing and fob/sticker pick up dates.
Bike Registration Deadline
We are extending the Bike Registration Deadline to Monday, November 27th. Any bikes that have not been registered with Management by the 27th will be removed from the Bike Room and held for one month. If not claimed after that month, the bikes will be donated.
To register your bike(s) provide Management with the make, model (if applicable) and color along with a photo of your bike. Email the information to Management at mplascencia@actionlife.com.
Thanksgiving Schedule
In observance of Thanksgiving, Action Property Management and ABM Engineering will be closed Thursday, November 23, 2023 – Friday, November 24, 2023. In the event of a maintenance emergency, such as a flood, please contact Action Property Management at 800-400-2284.
