Management and Engineer Holiday Schedule
In observance of upcoming holidays, Action Property Management will be closed Friday, December 23, 2022 – Monday, December 26, 2022. ABLE Engineering will also be closed Monday, December 26, 2022. For all emergencies, please remember to call 800-400-2284.
Holiday Tree Pick up
Global Disposal will be picking up Christmas trees on Thursday, January 5, 2023.
If you would like to dispose of your tree, please bring it down to motorcycle spaces 1, 2, and 3 on the P1 Level. They are located to the left of the ramp (if you are facing it, as if you are leaving the garage).
To ensure pickup, please place your tree in the designated location no later than 6:00am the morning of the 5th. Please be sure to clean up any needles your tree leaves behind.
Zuleica Name Change
Zuleica has recently legally changed her name due to personal reasons to Sinai (pronounced See-nah-e) Rojas Nuñez.
Community Room Book Exchange
The books in the Community Room have been relocated to the to cabinets located under the counter.
Lost Items
Items that are found by the Building Engineer and Janitorial Staff in the garage, lobby, and amenity rooms are turned in to Management. If you believe you have misplaced an item, please contact Management at mplascencia@actionlife.com to check and see if it has been turned in.
Get It Done San Diego
You may want to install the free Android or iOS app on your mobile device so that you can report neighborhood concerns like potholes, tree hazards, side walk repairs, etc. For more information, see this webpage: https://www.sandiego.gov/get-it-done
Leases
If you are renting out your unit, you are required to provide Management with a copy of your tenant’s lease.
Architectural Applications
If you are thinking about making a change in your unit that would require architectural committee review and approval, please plan well in advance. Per the Architectural Guidelines, the Committee is allotted 30-45 days for review. It is also recommended to wait before setting a schedule with your contractor until an approval has been awarded.
Moves/Deliveries
All moves and deliveries must be scheduled with Management at least a week in advance. A general rule of thumb is if it takes more than one person to move it, then a move must be scheduled. The reason is simply to protect the building from sustaining damage during a move. Please be advised that if you are found to have had an unscheduled move, you will be subject to hearing and fine. If you are unsure of the scope of your move or would like to schedule a move, please contact the General Manager.
