Board Meeting
The March Board of Directors Meeting will be held on March 23, 2023 in the Community Room beginning at 6:30pm in the Community Room and via Zoom.
Annual Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Testing
The annual fire alarm and sprinkler testing conducted by HCI will take place on Tuesday, March 28th from 8am to 5pm. During that time the alarms will go off periodically throughout the day. Management to provide a schedule as the date approaches as in unit inspections will be required.
Wi-Fi Passwords Updated
The Wi-Fi passwords to the Lobby, Community Room, Fitness Room, and P1 Garage level have all been changed to the same password: redwood475 (case sensitive).
Auto Lobby Door Opener
The auto lobby door opener has been installed along with the hand wave sensor in the lobby to automatically open the door. When entering the building, please do not pull on the door handle at the same time as scan your fob or use ButterflyMX to open the door as we found that it will cause the door to not open.
Storage
Please note that any items placed outside of your storage cage or stored in your parking space(s) are subject to removal by Management.
Window Cleaning
Window cleaning has been scheduled to begin Monday, April 24th. A full schedule will be provided in April.
Community Room Book Exchange
The books in the Community Room have been relocated to the cabinets located under the counter. Pull out shelves have been installed to make it easier to look through the selection of books.
Moves/Deliveries
All moves and deliveries must be scheduled with Management at least a week in advance. A general rule of thumb is if it takes more than one person to move it, then a move must be scheduled. The reason is simply to protect the building from sustaining damage during a move. Please be advised that if you are found to have had an unscheduled move, you will be subject to hearing and fine. If you are unsure of the scope of your move or would like to schedule a move, please contact the General Manager.
