Board Meeting
The next Board of Directors Meeting will be held on February 22, 2024 in the Community Room and via Zoom with Open Session starting at 6:30pm.
February Holiday Schedule
Please note that Action Property Management will be closed Monday, February 19, 2024 in observance of President’s Day. In the event of a maintenance emergency, such as a flood, please contact Action Property Management at 800-400-2284.
Keycard Option for Access Control
Later this month, the Association will begin offering ButterflyMX keycards as an alternative to fobs. The keycard is the size of a credit card and offers the same type of building access as a traditional fob. The keycards will be $10.00 each. Management will provide an update once they arrive. If you are interested in purchasing a keycard, please contact Management at mplascencia@actionlife.com and you will be added to a waitlist.
EV Charging Update
The EV Charging Committee will be sending out a community outreach mailing in the near future which will contain updates and information for those interested in obtaining individual charging stations. Please keep an eye out for future correspondence.
Resident Conduct
Pursuant to Rules and Regulations, section Resident and Guest Conduct, page 13, #1: Loud or unruly conduct anywhere on the Alicante property, including your residence, which disturbs the comfort and quiet enjoyment of others, is prohibited. In addition, after 9:00 PM volume must be significantly reduced in order to not disturb other residents. For a full list of the Association’s rules regarding noise levels, please refer to the Association Rules and Regulations section Resident and Guest Conduct, page 13, #1-8.
Breaking Down Boxes
When discarding boxes in the recycling bins, please be sure to break down the boxes first as they take up a lot of room and can lead to overage charges.
Contact Information
In the event you change your email address or phone number, please remember to advise management. This allows us to continue to communicate important reminders to you!
Architectural Applications
If you are thinking about making a change in your unit that would require architectural committee review and approval, please plan well in advance. Per the Architectural Guidelines, the Committee is allotted 30-45 days for review. It is also recommended to wait before setting a schedule with your contractor until an approval has been awarded.
