Board Meeting

The next Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2024, in the Community Room and via Zoom beginning with Open Session starting at 6:00pm.

Storage 

Please note that any items placed outside of your storage cage or stored in your parking space(s) are subject to removal by Management.

ButterflyMX Apple Access Functionality 

A reminder to all residents that the Apple Access is here! This functionality allows Apple iPhone and Apple Watch users to unlock door sensors by utilizing NFC (Near Field Communication) technology similar to that used for mobile payments. This feature enables access when your device is within 4 cm of the reader. Best of all, you will not need to wake or unlock your iPhone, or Apple Watch, or open the ButterflyMX application to gain entry

Moves/Deliveries

All moves and deliveries must be scheduled with Management at least a week in advance. A general rule of thumb is if it takes more than one person to move it, then a move must be scheduled.  The reason is simply to protect the building from sustaining damage during a move.  Please be advised that if you are found to have had an unscheduled move, you will be subject to a hearing and fine.  If you are unsure of the scope of your move or would like to schedule a move, please contact the General Manager. 

Close Water Valves When on Vacation

If you plan to be away for an extended period, please shut off your unit’s water supply valves before leaving. This simple step helps prevent leaks that could cause serious flood damage to your unit and neighboring homes. For guidance on identifying and closing the different valves types in Alicante, please refer to the handout: “Alicante OMC – Close Valves”

Balcony Cleaning

While cleaning your balconies, please clean them in a manner that will not allow water to spill onto the balconies below.
