Board Meeting

The next Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2024 in the Community Room and via Zoom with Open Session starting at 6:00pm.

Thanksgiving Schedule

In observance of Thanksgiving, Action Property Management and ABM Engineering will be closed Thursday, November 27, 2025 – Friday, November 28, 2025.  In the event of a maintenance emergency, such as a flood, please contact Action Property Management at 800-400-2284.

2025-2026 Budget

The Board of Directors recently approved the new 2025-2026 Budget to start on December 1, 2025. The Budget Mailer was sent out via regular mail and/or email. It can also be found on the Resident Portal.

Alicante Insurance

Alicante’s insurance renewed on September 30th. Many of your own providers ask for a copy of the certificate of insurance. A copy of the new certificate can be obtained with General Manager Hugo Munoz @ hmunoz@actionlife.com

Holiday Party

Save the date! The Alicante Holiday Party is happening on Sunday, December 7, 2025.

New Rowing Machine in the Gym

Thanks to feedback from our recent Common Area Enhancement Committee survey, we’re excited to announce the arrival of a new rowing machine — the #1 equipment choice among residents! It’s a great full-body, low-impact workout option. Be sure to check it out on your next visit to the gym

Owner Maintenance Committee Volunteers

The Board is accepting applications for homeowners to join the Owner Maintenance Committee as there are currently two vacancies on this Committee.  The role of this Committee is to research updates to existing systems, such as the garage opener or the HVAC system, and provide that information to the Board to aid in their decision making.  They also develop helpful bulletins on the systems within individual condominiums to prevent leaks, spills, backups and other issues.  This Committee is currently researching the garage gate replacement and meets as needed.  If you are interested in volunteering please contact General Manager Hugo Munoz at hmunoz@actionlife.com

Pet Policy

As a reminder, residents are politely asked to prevent their pets from urinating on the trees surrounding our building. The concentration of urine creates an obnoxious odor and creates extra work for the building janitorial staff.

Alicante Wireless Acceptable Use Policy

Alicante HOA now provides wireless services (SSID: ALICANTEHOA) in shared areas including the lobby, community room, gym, courtyard, and parking levels P1-P4. Please help us keep our network fast and secure by following these key guidelines:

Responsible Use

Use the wireless service courteously and for lawful, personal activities. All activity on the network is the responsibility of the connected user.

What’s Not Allowed

  • Tampering with or altering GFiber Webpass equipment or wiring.
  • Hosting commercial servers or reselling the connection.
  • Sending bulk or unsolicited emails.
  • Sharing access beyond Alicante Property.
  • Distributing viruses or malicious content.
  • Using the services for unlawful, invasive, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Interfering with the network or other users’ connections.
  • GFiber Webpass Common Area Wi-Fi Policy prohibits the use of ALICANTEHOA service in resident’s units.

Commercial vs Residential Use

Personal online activities like gaming, video conferencing, or home security (via VPN) are fine. Commercial operation or network resales are not permitted.

Enforcement

Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension of services to maintain community security and performance.
