Thank you to the Social Committee for organizing the 2025 Holiday Party scheduled for December 7, 2025. If you have any photos of the event that you would like to share with other Residents, please send them to Management and they will be added to the Resident Portal.
Contact Information
In the event you change your email address or phone number, please remember to advise management. This allows us to continue to communicate important reminders to you!
Moves/Deliveries
All moves and deliveries must be scheduled with Management at least a week in advance. A general rule of thumb is if it takes more than one person to move it, then a move must be scheduled. The reason is simply to protect the building from sustaining damage during a move. Please be advised that if you are found to have had an unscheduled move or delivery, you will be subject to hearing and fine. If you are unsure of the scope of your move or would like to schedule a move, please contact the General Manager.

Drain Maintenance
As the holiday season sparkles into view, let’s keep the festive spirit flowing—by being mindful of what we’re putting down our drains!
No FOG Down the Drain
Don’t let this festive trio fool you. Fats, oils and grease (FOG) can wreak havoc on your pipes. Many sewer blockages occur between the house or business and the utility’s sewer main, where the property owner is responsible for correcting the problem. Avoiding blockages could mean avoiding an unnecessary plumbing bill.
PREVENT CLOGS
When preparing this year’s meals, be sure to scrape and trash your FOG to prevent clogs and protect your home this season. Here is a list of other items you should avoid flushing down the drain (throw them in the trash instead):
Wipes (even if they say they’re “flushable”)
- Dental floss
- Cotton swabs or rounds
- Hair
- Paper towels
- Tissues
- Contact lenses
- Medication
