To the Owners and Tenants of Alicante,

Board Meeting The next Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026, in the Community Room and via Zoom with Open Session starting at 6:00pm. We hope to see you there!  

Annual Meeting The Annual Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026 in the Community Room and via Zoom beginning at 6:00pm. Ballots must be received or dropped off with Management No later than May 20, 2026   If you did not receive your ballot in the mail please contact\ Senior Community Manager Hugo Munoz at hmunoz@actionlife.com  

Memorial Day Holiday Action Property Management, Professional Maintenance Systems (Janitorial), and ABM Engineering will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026 in observance of Memorial Day. If there is an afterhours maintenance emergency, such as a water intrusion, please contact Action Property Management at 949-450-0202, afterhours personnel will assist you. Have a safe and wonderful holiday!

Lost Items Items that are found by the Building Engineer and Janitorial Staff in the garage, lobby, and amenity rooms are turned in to Management. If you believe you have misplaced an item, please contact Management at hmunoz@actionlife.com to check and see if it has been turned in.   In addition, if your fob or remote is misplaced or stolen, be sure to contact Management or Building Engineer, Patrick Freeman right away to have them deactivated. Fobs and remotes can be re-activated if found.  

Pet Off-Leash Reminder As a reminder, A leash held by an individual capable of controlling the pet(s) must be used when walking your pet(s) in the Common Areas including the lobby, hallways, garage and elevators.    

Pedestrian Lobby Entrance Work Please note that the Pedestrian Entrance Project at the lobby entrance has been installed   This work updated the automatic door system to provide residents with more control over entry while maintaining the convenience of automatic access.   What’s changed: Residents will continue to unlock the lobby door using their fob, iPhone, or Apple Watch via the ButterflyMX system. Once unlocked, the door may be opened manually, if preferred. For residents who want the door to open automatically, a new button—located on the same stainless-steel column as the fob reader—can be pressed to activate the automatic door, just as it worked before.   What’s not changing: Exiting the building remains the same: Manual push bar on the right-side door, or Wave sensor on the left wall for automatic exit.            

A Big Social Committee Thank You! Thank you to everyone who joined us for a special, hands-on experience with Jennifer Finlan of Gifted Blind Artists, Crafters, and Knitters (Gifted Back). It was such a meaningful evening hearing her story and creating ceramic roses together.   We’re so grateful for the creativity and community you brought to the workshop—we hope you’re enjoying your handmade rose! Storage Units A reminder to all residents, when exiting the storage room, please make sure the door closes completely. Leaving the door ajar presents a security concern for the Association.

Rental Leases Per the Association’s Rules and Regulations, if you are renting your unit, please remember to send Management a copy of your lease. This information is necessary for many reasons, mainly for emergency purposes.  In the event of an evacuation, the authorities require us to have an updated list of who is in the building.  By not providing your lease and tenant’s information, we will not know who to look for if there was an evacuation situation.  This information is kept confidential. Please remember to submit this information every time you have a new tenant!  You can submit to hmunoz@actionlife.com
