Board Meeting

The next Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026 in the Community Room and via Zoom with Open Session starting at 6:00pm. We hope to see you there!

Annual Meeting Results

The Annual Board of Directors Meeting was held on April 21th. Alexander Agopovich and Thomas B Gauld were elected to serve on the Board. Congratulations Alexander Agopovich and Thomas!

Alicante Recycling Program

Thanks to the Alicante Common Area Enhancement Committee we now have new recycling signs posted over the two recycling bins located on the P1 Level.  The goal of updating our public education on recycling is to reduce the contamination caused by putting non-recyclable items, (like plastic bags of all types), in the recycling bins and to encourage everyone to flatten your cardboard boxes!  Eliminating the contamination in our recycling bins helps keep our disposal fees low and flattening your boxes provides room for everyone’s recyclables to fit into the bins. Need a reminder of what should go in the recycling bin? See attached flyer.

Alicante Committees

Did you know that joining one of Alicante’s committees is a great way to get involved in helping maintain and improve our Community?   Time commitment and meetings vary by committee.  If you are interested in knowing more about these committees or volunteering for any of these committees please send an email to Alicante’s Senior Property Manager Hugo Munoz at hmunoz@actionlife.com letting him know which committee you are interesting in joining and why you would like to join that committee no later than Tuesday June 16, 2026 before 2:00pm

Owner’s Maintenance Committee Town Hall

We’d love for you to join us! The OMC has been hard at work researching Garage Door Replacement options to bring our community improvement security function, warranty, and value. Come hear the analysis, ask questions and stay in the loop on what’s happening with your home.
